For over 6 years I have been training in the gym and absolutely loving the journey of becoming a stronger, healthier and happier version of myself. I receive messages daily on Instagram from people struggling with nutrition and training. We’ve all tried the fad diets and “quick fixes” but it’s time for change!

I want to help people live a healthy, happy and sustainable lifestyle. A proper nutritional program combined with a science-based exercise regime is essential to achieve your desired results. Food is fuel and it is important to nourish our bodies. Eating well isn’t hard and it doesn't have to be as complex as many people make it out to be. I no longer view my eating as if I am on a ‘diet’ but it’s simply a change in lifestyle that is maintainable year round, this is what I want for you. I can’t wait to help you reach your goals!!

People often ask “What is the best meal plan?” The best plan is one that you can stick to and enjoy! This isn’t a “diet,” it’s a lifestyle. I want you to feel the benefit of choosing foods that fuel you to reach your goals without the stress of wondering what you “should” or “shouldn’t” eat. I will send you a quick questionnaire so that I can create a customised plan around your lifestyle, current shape, food likes/dislikes and of course, your health and fitness goals. You will also receive the macronutrients (proteins, fats and carbs) for each meal and totals for the day incase you want to track on MyFitnessPal.

My meal plans are personalised to YOU and YOUR goals.
The workout plan that you receive is completely customised based on YOUR goals. You have the choice between 4, 5 or 6 days of workouts which will incorporate weight training as well as cardio depending on your lifestyle, fitness and health goals. Although I do not give you the exact weights that you should be using for the exercises, I expect you to challenge yourself in the gym. The Anjuli Mack Fit App includes instructional videos with the reps and sets for each exercise. Whether you want to shred or tone, together we can do this. Remember, every workout and nutritious meal takes you closer to your goals.

When you start your fitness journey with me, you will receive access to an exclusive members only Facebook group. The group is a supportive community where we all empower one another. It’s a great place to post progress photos and receive encouragement and accountability from others that may be on a similar journey to you. I post informative videos, tips, and do live video Q&As to help you on your journey.

Once you have filled in the questionnaire, Ross and I will be working on your customised meal and workout plan. 

You will be able to access them both through an exclusive members-only app available on Android and iPhone. 

The Anjuli Mack Fit App makes it easy for you to bring your meal plan and shopping list with you to the supermarket as well as allowing you to take your workout plan to the gym without needing to print anything.
Ross and I have both been on incredible fitness journeys including fat loss, muscle gain and even competing. We are here to help you! On the left I had been training for a few years but never really saw substantial results. I tried a lot of different methods but nothing I did was sustainable. When I came back from travelling America/Europe I took the photo and decided it would be the start of a new journey. One in which I focused on foods that fuel my body alongside weight training and cardio. Since then I have competed in WBFF Bikini Competitions and managed to find a balance of enjoying meals out with friends whilst still reaching my goals. It has been a physical and mental journey. Overtime I’ve learned to love the process as well as my body for all the amazing things that it allows me to do. Committing to a healthier lifestyle has changed my life. I am so grateful for my fitness journey and I can’t wait to help you on yours! 
Growing up playing sports I developed a passion for health and fitness early on. Although I have always had that passion we all have minor bumps in the road and mine was gaining 20kgs early on at university. Living a lifestyle that was booze fuelled and fast food rich quickly lead me to feeling sluggish and overweight. Realising that this isn't how I wanted to live my life I changed my lifestyle. The before photo is me at 20 years old and the after at 30 years old although it only took me 6 months to lose the weight I wanted to highlight the sustainability there is over a long period of time. I now live a balanced approach to life maintaining a happy balance between enjoying foods I like and what fuels my body. Applying knowledge I gained studying Sport and Exercise science at university to my training and nutrition to achieve the results I want. I have been heavily involved the health and fitness industry for 8 years from running my own personal training and nutrition business to managing a nationwide corporate wellness business. My passion is and always will be helping individuals and I can't wait to help you!
